Did the nazis really win world war II?

A post by Laura​ Eisenhower raising this question grabbed my attention. I had not heard this conspiracy theory before, but was immediately intrigued. Could the United States really be the military-industrial complex for nazi Germany? Here's how the story goes:

1. ​UFOs "flying saucers"  really exist, and they have been frequenting the Earth since at least the 1930s.
2. There is not a single "alien" race, but many.
3. ​President Roosevelt and Hitler had relations with Nordic "aliens" since 1934.
4. ​The Nordics gave the Nazis a city called New Berlin in Antarctica.
5. In 1934 a group of Pleiadian "aliens" approached the U.S. government in an effort to work out a disarmament agreement. The U.S. did not cooperate, and the Pleiadians went to the Nazis.
6. Under a treaty with the Pleiadians, the Nazis agreed to not attack the Jewish people in exchange for technology. This treaty lasted until about 1941.
7. The Nazis developed saucer-shaped aircraft from the "alien" technology.
8. ​The Pleiadians pulled out of the treaty, and the Nazis started working with the Greys, grey "aliens" representing the Draco reptilian "aliens". Trauma based mind control came from the Greys.
9. The "Grenada Treaty" between the Greys and the U.S. government was signed in 1934. In exchange for "alien" technology, the U.S. agreed to allow the Greys to use and abduct humans and animals for use on an "alien" genetic program.  The U.S. received technology like anti-gravity devices, metals and alloys, free energy, and medical technology.
10. Majestic 12 "MJ-12" had the legal authority to sign treaties with "alien" species. In 1947, MJ-12 made a secret law above the president that the subject and knowledge of UFOs and aliens would be a highly guarded secret.
11. In 1953 unauthorized release of UFO information became a crime under the Espionage Act.
12. Many UFO researchers have mysteriously "disappeared" or have been killed.
13. The Draco reptilian aliens are "service to self" oriented and allied with the cabal.
14. The Cabal is a shadow government that works directly with Draco "aliens".
15. There are 13+ families that make up the Cabal.
16. Centered in Washington DC (politics), London (finance) and Vatican City (religion) the Cabal controls politics, major banks, the media, health care, and much of the entertainment industry to name a few areas of control.
17. The Cabal has roots in very dark spiritual practices and heads up a secret space program, human trafficking, and mind control.
18. As part of attempting to establish a New World Order, there has been a war on consciousness dating back to the 1950s. These are Nazi type tactics that have been used against Americans, like mind control.
19. The white hats were established by Eisenhower and have been working to expose the dark side.
20. By 1947 the power of the president had fallen away. Eisenhower's final speech includes a warning against the military-industrial complex: "we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist. We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes. We should take nothing for granted. Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals, so that security and liberty may prosper together."
21. In 1947 Project Paperclip brought German scientists, with their backgrounds whitewashed, to the United States.
22. Laura Eisenhower writes that "The Nazis were successful in taking over the Military Industrial Complex and much of the government in the United States and Europe." 
23. In 1952 there was an unconditional surrender to the Nazis by President Truman and General Eisenhower Truman when the Nazis flew UFOs over Washington DC.
24. Valiant Thor from Venus arrived in the U.S. by 1952 when Truman was president.
25. Valiant Thor advised President Eisenhower, specifically on how to defeat the Nazi/Draco alliance.
26. There are photos of Valiant Thor - he looks human (see photo included in this blog post).
27. Valiant Thor's purpose is to help mankind - he said there is life on many planets and many solar systems.
